When I started in real estate, I never imagined the career it would become. I have been a REALTOR® for over 25 years. This journey has allowed me to help my family and thousands of other families. Caring for my clients starts by educating myself and my team on the local market, evolving technologies, trends in real estate & the real estate laws of North Carolina.
I serve as a dedicated Seller’s Agent on our team. Susan Ritter is our dedicated Buyer’s Agent. Jennifer Sherrill is our Office Manager, Property Manager & as well as a listing/selling agent. This approach allows Susan and I to focus on one type of client-agency & allows Jennifer to assist clients in every way. Our fiduciary responsibility to our clients is the foundation of all our client relationships. Providing service with clear communication, integrity, diligence, and exceeding our client’s expectations.
We focus our business in Lincoln County & the surrounding area. We feel that our local knowledge is critical to providing the best service. Our clients come from all walks of life and have varied needs. Whether it is a waterfront home on Lake Norman or a rural homestead on the western side of the county, we understand it all!
