Our mission is to help people. Our aim is to meet our clients’ and customers’ real estate needs. Our goal is speedy service with less stress. The “Golden Rule” is our standard of conduct for serving people. We help people the way we would want to be helped. We strive to learn all we can so we can help all we can. We endeavor to serve everyone with the expertise and dignity that he or she deserves.
I started out with my husband in ’02 as a buyers’ agent and then transitioned into a listing agent. In 2007 I was the top agent for Century 21 Johnston having 63 transactions and earning the Centurion Award. At the end of 2008 I was the top agent for both adjusted Gross Commission and the Units sold for Century 21 Johnston. As a referral-based agent, I understand it is about the relationships built from helping my clients. Their interest always comes first, and you are the reason I am in this business.
Besides the basic courses to achieve a license I have continued to take advanced courses to learn more. Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate of REALTOR® Institute, Commercial Real Estate Professional, Military Relocation Professional, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and Certified Residential Specialist are the designations I currently have. Only 5% of the REALTORS® nationwide carry the CRS designation. I am also certified as a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist.
Born and raised in Iowa I relocated several times as a United States Marine and then as a wife of a Marine. We moved to Harlingen in ’93 when my husband retired from the U.S. Marine Corps. We have 3 sons and 4 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
