I am a real estate enthusiast and professional. I love helping people with the process of selling their homes, leasing their homes, and managing their properties. Whether you are the owner of a home or a first-time homebuyer, it’s an emotional and personal decision, and often, the biggest one to make in a lifetime. I’m especially knowledgeable about historic properties, their systems and construction from having restored and renovated several properties over the years. In addition to real estate, I come from an analytical IT background, so due diligence and automation are a natural part of my process. I use reliable data from multiple sources to derive the right price. I’ll keep you from making the all-too-common mistakes most people (including myself) make in the home buying and selling process. When I'm not working, I am an animal advocate and enjoy helping homeless cats (and dogs) off the streets and into forever homes. As you can see, I’m all about finding the *right* homes for both people and pets.
