James (Jim) Pycha moved to Hawaii from California in 1969. In 1979, his dreams of creating his own company led to the founding of RE/MAX Kauai with offices now in Princeville and Kapa'a.
Jim is the Principal Broker of the company and Cyrila functions as office manager. Their son Matthew is "chief creative officer" in charge of internet promotion and web design. Their daughter Angela is in charge of RE/MAX Kauai Vacation Rental Division.
