About Me
A Licensed REALTOR® since 1999, I know the best part of being an agent is to be involved in one of the biggest events in a client’s life. Buying or selling a home is a very important step on a personal and financial level. It is a great honor and privilege assisting people with achieving the goal of home ownership.
Born and raised in Southeast Texas and attended Lamar University graduating in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. The accounting profession took me to Houston for a few years but after a couple of years, I returned to Beaumont to run the family accounting business.
I met my wife, Capri, on a blind date in January 1993 and we were married a year later. In 1994 she received her real estate license, and I think that gave me the bug for real estate. She retired from real estate for a while and worked even harder being a full-time mom to our two children. Our son, Easton, is a 2021 graduate of Texas A&M University and our daughter Gracen attended Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute and is now a licensed cosmetologist.
I have bought and sold several homes before and after being a licensed Realtor and know firsthand how I want to be treated during a transaction. I always aim to treat my clients how I want to be treated. It has always been my goal to provide a service that lets my clients know I am there every step of the way ...even beyond closing.
I hold several designations as a REALTOR®; CRS, GRI, ABR, and CNHS, I also hold a Broker’s License since 2001. In 2019, I earned my Mortgage license, mainly for the knowledge and not to be a loan officer.
When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and my latest hobby scuba diving, in which, I am an Advanced Open Water certified diver. We are Disney fanatics and try to go at least once a year as a family.
