About Me
Jim Grigg loves this country and loves living in Florida! Jim is married and has three awesome adult children. Jim started as a Realtor in New York at 18 years old and is a graduate of The State University of New York. Jim has since had Realtor licenses in both New Jersey and Florida and understands the challenges of relocation. Jim has also a more rounded business background in owning medical device and manufacturer rep businesses. To round out Jim's real estate experience, he has also engaged in several refurb properties both with HGTV personalities and on his own in the recent past.
Jim has been a Scoutmaster with The BSA and is a licensed Merchant Marine Captain. Jim volunteers a portion of his time teaching sailing to youth as young as six.
