About Me
Jalysa Nelson made her way to New Jersey at 13 years old after relocating from her hometown in Northern California. She quickly felt at home despite the initial shock of the frigid NJ winters. Being raised by a mother who is a Realtor, her passion for real estate sparked at a young age as she learned the business and developed the love of helping others.
Nelson double majored in Communications Public Relations and Gender & Women Studies with a Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. Shortly after, she started her career as a Marketing and Public Relations professional. With nearly a decade of Marketing experience she continues to use these learned skills to help assist in the success of her clients real estate goals.
Nelson has owned a home in Pennsauken, NJ since 2015 where she resides with her husband Christopher and daughter Cassidy. She fell in love with the Pennsauken community in her high school years where she lived and played AAU soccer. Her favorite part of her community are the people and her neighbors. “Having great neighbors makes a home a better place and makes the communities we live in, great!”, says Nelson.
