About Me
Hello, and thank you for considering me for your buying/selling needs in real estate in my hometown area of greater La Crosse/Coulee region. I service all areas in Wisconsin, but I focus most of my business within 45 Miles of La Crosse, including Sparta, Tomah, Eau Claire, Ft. McCoy, and Praire du Chien. I also have top agents I can refer you to in other areas of Wisconsin, such as Madison, Green Bay, and Milwaukee. I can refer you to top agents in Minnesota as well.
I have a background in architecture, construction, and dairy farm design. I have a degree in Architectural Technology and worked as a Draftsman (Archectrical Technician) for three years. I was also a dairy farm designer for a construction company in Marshfield, WI. Prior to my work in 3D modeling/drawing of construction plans, I worked in construction doing carpentry, concrete and as a laborer for Local 140 located in La Crosse, WI. As a local of the area, I have the luxury of having many friends and family members who work or own businesses in all areas of the construction industry, i.e. (excavating, electrical, plumbing, tree service, etc.)
I strive to educate my buyers/sellers on the concerns that I may have with properties that they are interested in. As well as educating them on home building systems, and the buying and selling process. I aim to develop a trusting relationship with all of my customers and clients where they know I am working in their best interests, not mine. I tell everyone I work with that I am not trying to sell anyone a house. I like to find my concerns and relay them to my buyers to decide if they want to proceed. I also strive to create a strategy to get our offer accepted or to get the most out of the home they are selling. I am an expert, and I am here for you!
