About Me
Jack Orum has nearly 40 yrs. of experience owning and managing numerous retail businesses within the Central Ohio community. A dedicated residential, investment and commercial real estate consultant who specializes in rural and land transactions, Orum has worked at some of the region's top brokerages including King Thompson and Coldwell Banker, where he was recognized as one of the top real estate agents locally and nationally. In 2003, he co-founded Orum Stair, and in the same year, was awarded a government contract to serve the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a listing broker selling HUD homes in 25 of 88 counties. After being ranked within the top 10 listing agents in the Central Ohio MLS, Orum and his partner sold the real estate firm and joined forces with another successful company with multiple offices in Cincinnati.
Orum is focused on providing his clients full-service buyer and seller representation, specialized investment and commercial sales to investors, and providing management and marketing services as a government contractor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He is currently an agent with RE/MAX.
As Orum and his family are lifelong residents of S.E. Groveport and Canal Winchester, he's no stranger to the local business community. A successful carwash owner and manager for the last 35 years, Orum is also currently a board member of the Franklin County Farm Bureau, Southeastern Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, and a past board member of a major Central Ohio financial institution and holds various leadership positions within his church.
In his spare time, Orum enjoys spending time with his wife, children and increasing number of grandchildren by working with horses on the farm, restoring antique tractors and learning more about local history, prehistoric Indian relics antique saddles, and contemporary western art.
