About Me
Helena has been a RE/MAX agent in Delaware since 2004. Also licensed in Maryland. She has dedicated herself to helping clients, whether their need is to sell or buy a home. Buying or selling a home is a complex and often deeply personal endeavor. Her clients deserve and receive the full service and attention that she provides.
On a personal note in 2013, my husband and I purchased RE/MAX 1st Choice. Presently, I am the broker of record for our company. Through the years, I’ve gained an extensive understanding of the real estate market in Delaware and Maryland, through interactions with my clients and affiliations with state and local real estate professional organizations.
Along my journey in the real estate world I have continuously educated myself on the trends of the real estate markets throughout our region and the nation. Staying current is essential in providing my clients with the best information. My education includes earning a GRI certification from The Graduate Realtor Institute. This nationally recognized organization purpose is to elevate agents to a high standard of professionalism and ethical standards. Additionally, I am a Buffini Certified Mentor. Through this program I mentor the series “Pathway to Mastery” and “Peak Producers” to the agents in our office.
