Hey there, I'm Heather Witt, and I'm not your typical Realtor – I'm the Realtor who's all about turning your home-buying journey into a thrilling adventure!
I've got this hyper-communicative thing going on. You see, I just can't help myself when it comes to talking about houses. Expect animated conversations and loads of excitement when you're house-hunting with me, quick follow up and answes to ALL your questions, on your time, not mine.
However... I'm all about honesty, even if it stings a little. I won't sugarcoat anything. If that wallpaper needs to go, you bet I'll say it. If your paint is a bit to... personal? I'll let you know. No fluff, just straightforward truth. I'm not just about selling you a house; I'm about helping you unlock its full potential.
With eight years in real estate under my belt, I've averaged nearly 20 sales annually for the past three years.
But I'm not just a Realtor; I'm a hands-on DIY enthusiast and a homeowner's (or future homeowners) dream come true.
Why? I understand houses from the inside out, and that's the kind of expertise I bring to the table. When I'm not helping clients find their dream homes, you'll find me knee-deep in my own home projects, including framing, cutting concrete to install plumbing (includling filling it back in with cement and making it look decent!), drywall work, insulation, basic plumbing and electrical work (ok, my IBEW Fiance does that :P) ... Did I mention that This Old House is my favorite show?
Additionally, family is everything to me, and that means your little ones are more than welcome at showings. With four kids of my own, I get the charm and chaos they bring. I'm a champ with multi-tasking so I can point out things in the homes we visit AND engage the kiddos so you can explore the home.
