About Me

Hi, my name is Hannah Troxel. While working with me, you will find that I am easy to contact at any time and happy to assist you with your needs. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2014, and earned my Real Estate Broker's license in 2020. I have been blessed with a wonderful husband (Stephen), and 4 children. Stephen has completed 2 deployments to Iraq with the Iowa National Guard and is now the facility manager of Cargill feed. Our eldest daughter (Tessa) serves in the US Navy. Our second eldest son (Stephen A.) is finishing up high school and plans to join the Navy like his sister. Our youngest 2 (Grayson and Elise) are still in elementary school and enjoying life to the fullest! Since 2018 I have been a volunteer firefighter/EMT for Wapello County Rural Fire Department and served as President 2020-2021. This is one of my favorite things to do! I also LOVE muscle cars and am currently working on a 1971 Chevrolet C10 frame-off restoration. I always have some sort of project in the works! Luckily I have an understanding husband who puts up with everything I have going on. He encourages and inspires me everyday.
