After 1 3/4 years as a member of another RE/MAX team where I received the Rookie of the Year award in 2019, I knew it was time to fly solo and The GC Homes Team was formed in 2021. We as a team immediately achieved Elite status receiving the Chairman's Club Award in 2021 and 2022, and I received personally the prestigious awards of RE/MAX Torchbearer in 2021 and 2022, and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Achievement in 2022.
I am a native of the Rochester area and also have a developing and construction company that often proves useful to assist clients. In addition to this, I have been a USPAP certified appraiser along with 12+ years of experience in residential mortgage underwriting. My extensive experience in all aspects of real estate from First Time home buying to investment properties, rentals, "flips", New Construction and more is what translates to a clear, smooth, informed buying and selling process for you.
