My career in Real Estate began over 20 years ago first working with Development and Construction Companies for 6 years and then moving to the resale real estate industry in 2003 so I could better assist my clients' long term needs. I have built a business that is 87% Repeat and Referral clients working primarily with Relocation clients, First Time Buyers, Second Home Owners and Luxury move up buyers. It brings me great joy to watch my clients’ lives evolve and be there with them through that evolution - assisting when it involves real estate needs. I’m not a salesperson. I’m a relationship person and a strong negotiator. In my prior career I was an HR Director and the majority of my time was spent resolving Employee Relations issues and negotiating win/win resolutions.
