Ginnie Kite, SRES, MBA, NHA, a native to York County, began her career as a Human
Resources professional with a passion for fostering positive workplaces. She later went on to
serve as an Executive Director for a local long-term care community where she developed a
deep understanding of the aging population and patient care. With a strong desire to make a
positive impact on the aging population and a dream of becoming an entrepreneur, Ginnie
began her journey in real estate, which she is now in the top 2% of agents in the county.
