George entered the Commercial/Residential Real Estate arena through Asset Acquisitions. His career in New York as a successful business owner began over 19 years ago. This led him to his true passion; Property Management, Investments, and Sales of Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Residential Real Estate. He has been involved in all aspects of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Real Estate including; Land Development, Property Management Services, Sales and Acquisitions, NNN Tenants, Commercial Lease Negotiations, Multifamily Buildings, and Business Development. As a Long-Time Landlord, Property Manager, and Multi-State Licensed Realtor, he understands the requirements of an Investor when searching for an Income-Producing Asset. Based out of Park Slope Brooklyn, NY; George is responsible for orchestrating numerous real estate transactions through an extensive network of investors, developers, national commercial tenants, buyers, and sellers across the NY Metro Area and New Jersey.
