I've spent nearly my entire professional career involved in one form or another of Real Estate. Experience in Renovations, Rehabs and New Construction projects including TRIBECA Luxury Condo development where I was a Senior member of the ground up development team.
Real estate projects included General Contracting subs for entire gut renovations of single and multi family units within the greater New York/New Jersey region. Property Management and ownership of investment properties in New Jersey, New York, Florida (Residential & Commercial), New Mexico & Texas. Successful return on equity sales and maximization of shareholder value for the portfolio properties.
My current concentration in Real Estate includes providing the highest level of service to Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Property Owners within the Residential and Commercial markets for the Hudson, Bergen and Sussex Counties. Deep experience includes markets located within the Hudson River Waterfront area.
A longtime local resident of Hoboken, Jersey City and Edgewater with extensive knowledge of the area, the market and growth opportunities both present and future trends.
A graduate of Saint Peter's University located in the heart of Jersey City, a former CEO/Founder of an award winning Marketing/Advertising Agency which was successfully acquired by Publicis SA, one of the largest Advertising Agencies worldwide. Former COO of Publicis Agency NYC. Former Investment Banking Roles for Ecoban Securities and Palazzo Investment Bankers holding FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 Licenses. Deep experience in Complex Deal Structures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures and Finance structuring.
My extensive marketing/advertising and Investment Banking experience has provided the platform for vital insights and instincts to excel within the Real Estate Industry. Accomplishments include NJAR Circle of Excellence Awards accompanied by numerous successful Luxury Property and Commercial Sales.
