As an area resident since 1982, I'm well educated to the attributes of beautiful Southern Oregon. Working as a lender prior to being a Real Estate Broker for the past 18 years has allowed me to have a unique perspective to help my clients look at a variety of options when financing a property. With that said, living in the Rogue Valley for over 40 years ~ raising a family here and being involved first hand in our valleys' civic organizations has given me insight into the many changes we have experienced and has uniquely qualified me to speak on a variety of important topics in and around our region.
