Fran Knoll strives to be the best FULL TIME REALTOR® for her clients by consistently implementing RESPECT, ACCOUNTABILITY, HONESTY and a high level of COMMUNICATION and ACCESSIBILITY, sprinkled with laughs, understanding and compassion.
Over the years, Fran has built lasting friendships with clients because she considers her career as a REALTOR® to not only be a business but a personal relationship. Whether a client is upsizing, downsizing, is a first-time homeowner or a seasoned homeowner, Fran believes that education, communication about every detail and coordination is key to a successful transaction. Fran is a lifelong North Dakota resident with a degree in Graphic Design and Communications. Throughout her career in the housing industry, beginning in 1996, Fran has the experience of over 2200 closed real estate properties, and manufactured homes as the broker of MHLS LLC.
Fran has enjoyed renovating many homes over the years and shares tips with clients on freshening and fine-tuning a property, decluttering and staging. Optimizing the potential of a seller’s home, getting results for her clients and handing over keys at closing to excited homeowners are the most enjoyable aspects of her job.
As an advocate for pet adoption, Fran's passion is to help rescued animals find loving homes too. At each closing, a portion of her commission is donated to various local rescues. As the "FURever Home REALTOR®", Fran's mission is to assist everyone in finding PURRRfect Homes.
