About Me
Fozia Shan started her career paving the Franchise Sales and overall growth with RE/MAX. LLC in 2015. She is highly regarded to changing the overall scope and demographics in the Florida market. After achieving “rookie of the year” in her first year of Sales, Fozia continued to challenge herself within the RE/MAX, LLC enterprise and was promoted to Senior Franchise Consultant within two years. Fozia continued her career path by joining the Motto Mortgage, LLC Franchise Development team and is credited for selling and awarding the 100th Motto Mortgage Franchise in the United States.
In February 2020, Fozia decided to resign from her position and focus on her family and her health. During that time, she independently assisted several broker owners in growing their overall business by market share, agent count and building their brand recognition.
Today, Fozia leads one of the largest RE/MAX Franchisees in North America, RE/MAX Select Group has over 28 locations in 3 States with over 600+ Agents Strong. Her keen ability to grow market share by guiding and inspiring…one agent at a time. She is the Senior Vice President to RSG...aka as our Silent Engine.
