As a lifelong Ventura County resident, Fili brings local area expertise to each real estate transaction. Fili is a motivated, trustworthy, and ethical real estate professional who is determined to exceed his clients' expectations. Prior to his real estate career, Fili was a successful Mortgage Banker. As a Realtor he puts his strong negotiation and effective communication skills to work to get great results for his clients. Fili cares about his clients and ALWAYS does what is in THEIR best interest. He is highly organized, and will keep you informed every step of the home buying process. Fili’s goal is to make your home buying process as worry-free and efficient as possible. Fili enjoys spending time with his family and friends, volunteering as a coach at Moorpark High School Boys Soccer Program. He is an active member of NAHREP Ventura County Chapter and enjoys volunteering at his kids school functions. Representing his clients is an honor Fili takes seriously.
