As a homeowner and real estate investor with multiple properties in Middlesex, Worcester and Barnstable counties, Evan has a passion for real estate and understands what it's like to buy, sell and invest in a competitive housing market. Shifting from his former role as a nation-wide Digital Marketing Director bringing consumers to buy automobiles from some of the largest OEM's in the world (depreciating assets) to Real Estate (appreciating assets), Evan is a fiduciary for his clients to build, grow, and maintain wealth. Tired of hearing outrageous pricing by contractors for home improvement projects, Evan took the initiative to become a MA licensed construction supervisor able to pull permits and has skilled personnel to complete any home need or want from renovations, repairs, to new home construction bringing another value add to working with the Foley Team.
Evan’s business educational background is exceptional to the kind of representative you need to teach and represent you and your loved ones in today’s landscape of selling or buying. He holds two business bachelor’s degrees in Entrepreneurship and Marketing/Sales, and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing/Business Management.
