Eva has served both corporate and real estate clients with expertise and integrity for 29 years. Her career began in corporate national sales, which allowed for an easy transition into the real estate world with her ability to comfortably negotiate complex deals. She works tirelessly for each of her clients and is determined to make every transaction not only a pleasant one, but a successful one. Her extensive market knowledge and her enthusiasm for what she does have helped her achieve much success in and around her community. She is honest, ambitious, and her clients' best advocate.
Along with being Jefferson County's Top Agent for 2013-2023, Eva was recently ranked #1 in RE/MAX in the state of Colorado, #17 in the U.S., and #81 in the world. She is the recipient of the RE/MAX Circle of Legends award, and multi-year winner of the RE/MAX Diamond award. In addition, Eva holds a Luxury Home Marketing Designation, is a Certified Negotiation Expert, and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
Eva is highly recommended and respected by her peers and community members. She is also extremely involved in her community, with fundraising for local schools, giving to local animal shelters, and sponsoring local neighborhood events.
Life brought Eva to Colorado after meeting and marrying her husband. Together they have made Littleton their home with their three boys and their dogs.
