Erin McNamara joined the Bowes Team in February of 2015 as a team agent following six years with the Waterford Youth Services Bureau. Erin's experience providing assistance to the children and families of Waterford made for a smooth transition to the team, allowing her to provide her clients with understanding and compassion in every transaction. Being the daughter of Sue and Bud, real estate has been a part of Erin's life for years, and she strives to follow in her parent's footsteps by providing the best service possible to her clients. An exceptional real estate agent and businesswoman, Erin goes above & beyond for her friends, family & clients alike. Her commitment to her craft is unmatched and she is consistently growing her business through professional development and staying competitively ahead of market trends. Since joining the team in 2015, Erin has moved up to Senior Team Agent, Team Leader of the Bowes Team, and was awarded the Bowes Team "Top Producer of the Year" in 2022. She prides herself in being a Realtor that brings integrity and dedication to every client relationship. Erin was born and raised in Southeastern Connecticut and is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. She currently resides in Waterford with her husband Ryan, daughter Vayda, son Quinn, and step sons Ronin and Callan.
