About Me
Representing Macomb and Oakland County homeowners and future homeowners, Erica is committed to listening to her clients' needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure the most successful transaction. The real estate world is full of cookie cutter agents, assuming there is safety in numbers and clinging to identical and outdated business methods. Not Erica; she understands that today's real estate consumer relies heavily on technology in both the purchase and sale of a home. She understands that real estate is actually more about people and relationships than it is property, and she will take the time to thoughtfully advise you throughout the entire transaction and beyond. Erica is more than a full-time Real Estate Advisor. She enjoys serving her community and dedicates time to volunteering with many not-for-profit organizations in the area. Erica is also a strong advocate for property owners' rights and is an appointed and active member of the Government Relations Committee within the Greater Metropolitan Association of Relators (GMAR) where her duties include meeting with and cultivating relationships with local and state public officials who make decisions impacting private property rights as well as participating in the screening of candidates running for local, state, and federal office. Erica was raised in Olmsted Township, OH (a small suburb of Cleveland). In fairytale style, she met and fell In love with her now husband Josh, who grew up in Clinton Township, MI. In 2013, Erica decided to boldly move to Michigan, and the couple has happily resided in Clinton Township ever since.
