About Me
Meet Erica Corrigan, a real estate agent at RE/MAX Beacon, whose multi-decade sales experience has been pivotal in her success in her real estate career. Before donning the hat of a real estate agent, Erica played a key role in supporting marketing and community outreach initiatives within the real estate realm. A significant milestone in her career was the successful integration into The Murray Brown Group, one of the North Shore's top producing teams. Collaborating with a dynamic team across 15+ communities, Erica discovered her true passion – helping individuals achieve their real estate aspirations while navigating the intricate landscape of home buying and selling.
Leveraging her experience and dedication, Erica employs smart marketing strategies and cutting-edge technology to provide a white-glove level of service to her clients. Her intimate knowledge of the Boston and North Shore area, coupled with a lifelong connection to the community, positions her as a trusted resource for buyers and sellers alike. And her love of interior design certainly helps her sellers prepare their home for sale, making sure the staging and presentation will aid in getting the best possible price for the home.
Residing in Marblehead for almost 15 years with her husband Nick, four children (Matthew, Connor, Ryan, and Abby), and their pup, Winnie, Erica is deeply ingrained in both public and private schools in the community. Beyond her real estate commitments, she actively contributes to various organizations, including My Brother’s Table, The Food Project, and Our Lady Star of the Sea. Erica also plays a crucial role in the Admission’s Committee at the Beach Club in Swampscott.
Backed by the unwavering support of The Murray Brown Group, Erica brings not only enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to the table but also a caring nature that is ideal for understanding each client's desires and skillfully guiding them toward their real estate dreams.
