Experience in real estate and living in an area is key when looking for an agent! Growing up and living in the Brownsboro/Chandler area for a total of 30 years, Emily enjoys sharing her East Texas roots with others. Guiding people through the various neighborhoods and county roads is her joy and passion! She wants to make your experience a fun one and looks for the positive in all situations. Five and a half years of being a mortgage advisor led Emily to follow her desire of becoming a real estate agent. She has served over 100 families as a mortgage lender and understands the homebuying/selling process from beginning to end. She will work tirelessly to take as much stress out of the equation as possible by being proactive and setting expectations. Emily strives to get to the closing table with all parties in a win/win situation and knows how to negotiate contracts! She understands how to structure contracts using various loan products and, if asked, she can assist her clients look at different loan estimates from different lenders to help them better understand what is being offered. Emily and her husband, Glenn, have been married for 18 years. They have two sons that are their world. Tristan, the oldest, is a sophomore at Texas Tech and the youngest, Blake, is a junior in HS. She Ioves to spend time with her family, read, watch Netflix or Paramount and love on their dogs. They live on a small, family ranch where they raise cattle.
