Elona Orlovska is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors representing RE/MAX City She is a full-time agent since 2005 associated with Re/Max since beginning of her real estate career. After joining Re/Max Elona started working with both institutional and traditional sellers. As an REO agent Elona is in charge of implementing short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosure, foreclosure sales and other loss minimization strategies that successfully helped sell REO properties during the market downturn. Over her extensive career in Real Estate, Elona had worked with institutions selling foreclosed properties, as well as with real estate investors and traditional sellers. Elona is fluent in Russian, Polish and Ukrainian languages which helps her working in Chicagoland diverse real estate market and service international buyers and sellers.
