About Me
I am a Realtor® serving Northern Colorado and surrounding Mountain towns. I have a husband Jason, who is a Technical Writer at Mesa Solutions and is usually found skateboarding to the mailbox or playing on his Taylor guitar. I have two children, Jordan, who is attending IMBC for Cosmetology School and Hunter, whom you will always find parkouring or playing video games! We have three dogs, one cat, and a bearded dragon; all of whom are part of the family! I have a natural ability to read my clients’ needs by using emotional intelligence, knowledge of the market, and creativity. I love working with first time home buyers, clients looking for mountain homes/land, clients in the process of downsizing homes, clients moving in from out of State, and luxury buyers looking to buy or sell their home. I get to know my clients and what they want and/or need and I believe that is what makes me stand out from a lot of other Agents. I write creative contacts specifically for the needs of each client. I hold my Certified Negotiation Certification, Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Certification, and Buyers Accreditation Certification, which makes me skilled in marketing, pricing homes and negotiations. I work with clients looking to buy or sell in the next week to the next year. It is important to me that my clients are educated in the decisions they are going to make before making them and I know sometimes those decisions take longer than others.
