About Me
Ned started his real estate career in his hometown of Toledo, Ohio in 1978 at the age of 22 while attending the University of Toledo. When asked what his five-year goal was Ned replied, "To move to Florida and sell Real Estate." Ned moved to Boca Raton in June of '83, acquired his salesman's license that September and his Brokers license a year later in '84. We asked Ned what he likes best about being in real estate for over 40 years, and he said, " Being of service to others. I love the joy it brings to buyers and sellers when you close a transaction! It's great to experience the enthusiasm of a first-time buyer when they realize they are living the Great American Dream!
