About Me
While growing up in the Oakland Hills and Sacramento, California, from an early age, the value of hard work and homeownership were taught to me by my parents.
As long as I can remember, the importance of "effort" was highlighted by everyone in my family. I initially went in a different career direction; first in sales and marketing and then into radio sales and management. My success in these career positions was attributed to my fundamental commitment to always provide customers service that was second to none. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2004 at the recommendation of a client who happened to be the owner of real estate and mortgage company, who gave me the unsolicited advice that "I would be good as a Realtor." Since then, I have spent my sixteen years honing my real estate expertise in the Elk Grove and Greater Sacramento Area, working primarily with single-family homes and investors. I owned, with the help of my mother and sister, my first home when I was eighteen, and those proud memories of being a homeowner still resonate with me.
I continue to enjoy handing the keys to a family who never thought they would own a home. I have dedicated myself to my community and as past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, I can guide and educate my community regarding the best path to homeownership. The connection I feel to this community goes beyond real estate. I am active in many charitable causes and founder of the Edgar Sanchez Real Estate Group Toy Drive, now going eight years strong. As an experienced and successful Realtor, I will always be working to find the right solution for you.
