As a realtor, I am especially passionate about helping ACTIVE MILITARY and VETERANS understand the VA home loan benefits they are entitled and how they can use their BAH and the VA Home Loan to achieve homeownership.
Being born and raised in a military family with a father who served 21 years in the Air Force, I am familiar with the military lifestyle. Having lived with of challenges of deployment, moving to unfamiliar places, and the ever- changing military schedule while trying to relocate a family, I work hard to ensure that your home purchase is as stress-free, positive, and as memorable as possible. I do this by doing video/virtual tours while you're in the moving process, help you determine the best place for your family, and giving you step-by-step guidance through the process.
I am committed to ongoing learning about the VA mortgage benefits and tax credits for veterans who own homes in Delaware. As a certified Military Residential Specialist and a VALC (VA Loan Certified) realtor, I am knowledgeable about the process and options that are out there for you and your family. I also work with local lenders who are also very knowledgeable about the VA loan benefits, and as a team we will work together to find the perfect home for you.
