I am mostly known as Sunshine Smith. My parents relocated our family from Rhode Island to the San Diego area when I was 6 years old so I am almost a native. My daughter and 2 granddaughters are native Californians. Since then, my husband and real estate partner, Dennis Smith, and I have bought and sold several residences and investment properties for ourselves & family along with over 350 for clients since 1994 in San Diego County. We have extensive Local Knowledge and Expertise to assist investors, buyers & sellers.
When you hire us, you get over 45 years of local experience. We work differently than most agents. Although you found us on the Internet, over 75% of our business comes via repeat and referral clients. Because we do not do cold calling, door knocking, or floor time like most agents, we have more time to devote to our buyers and sellers, before during and after the transaction. This increases the level of our service to the limited number of clients we choose to work with.
