I take my profession very personally. My commitment is to treat my clients like I would want to be treated. I understand the inherent stress involved in buying and selling homes. I make it my goal to reduce that stress for you as much as possible. My diverse real estate experience since 1979 affords me an insightful knowledge base of the Bay Area and Central Valley. My experience includes a background in Mortgage lending, Construction financing, and institutional foreclosures. Following my first year in Real Estate sales, I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" for sales volume and production by Better Homes and Gardens. Since then, I have received recognition as a consistent multi-million dollar producer.
In order to keep a competitive edge and better serve my clients, I made a commitment to continue my education beyond what is required by the Department of Real Estate. I have garnered the professional designations of Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Having the CRS designation is an honor that puts me in the elite class of less than 5% of the professional realtors in the country.
