About Me
I moved to Chelan from Seattle in 2005, got my real estate license in 2006, and my Managing Broker license in 2010. I love the tangible size of the Lake Chelan Valley, how easy it is to get to know people, and the variety of year-round activities that are right outside my door. I love skiing, gardening, dancing, music, writing, and my family. I am one of those lucky moms whose adult “kids” moved to the area, where I now get to be involved in my grandchildren’s lives.
I love statistics and delve deeper than typical automated search engines provide to give my clients a deeper understanding of this unique local market. My clients comment on my exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. They especially appreciate my ability to navigate complex transactions and negotiate favorable terms, making their real estate journey smooth and successful. An admitted continuing education junkie, I love learning, and in this rapidly changing profession that’s a real plus for my clients.
A full-time, dedicated Realtor® with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, I am also a community advocate dedicated to making a positive impact. I invest my time and energy into enhancing people’s lives as is evident in my role as Board President of the Lake Chelan Valley Habitat for Humanity, Founding Board Member of the Chelan Valley Housing Trust, member of the Lake Chelan Rotary Club, Secretary of the NCWAR Lake Chelan Realtor Council, and various community fundraising committees benefiting local as well as global recipients.
Guiding clients through the process of discovering their perfect home or property is not, to me, just a job – it's a privilege that allows me to weave together my passion for real estate with my genuine love for the place I call home.
