When selling your home, we'll review current market conditions in your area, discuss a marketing proposal, along with pricing options, and suggestions on staging and repairs, if necessary. This along with professional photographs and marketing will display your home in the best possible.
I am also able to assist buyer's with lending qualifications. I work with many local lending affiliates that can match you with a loan program that can fit your needs. Anything from conventional to FHA programs and even 203K renovation loans.
I am based in the Greensburg area and service Westmoreland and Eastern Allegheny counties. Most importantly, I understand the decision of buying a new home or selling your existing home isn't just a process of negotiating contracts, its a personal, major life decision, which is why my clients like that I not only understand all aspects of the business and market, but have raised a family myself right here in the area.
