Beyond her real estate career, Deb is committed to community engagement and development by serving on the West Kentucky Workforce Board of Directors, Lake Barkley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Caldwell Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors. Additionally, she and her husband Phil, own and operate Payroll Vault, a workforce solutions company.
