As a knowledgeable and skilled professional in the Real Estate Industry, Debbie knows this business inside and out. Coming from a background in sales, marketing and being a servant of people for years, she understands people. By listening to their needs and helping them achieve their desired goal, she has been able to help many clients with the sometimes intimidating and overwhelming process of buying and selling real estate. Her negotiation, marketing, strategizing and communication skills have given her the tools to be an extraordinary agent.
Debbie was awarded the esteemed “Rookie of the Year” in her first year. Always a student, she continued to grow and obtained her PA Real Estate Broker license within 3 years. She had the opportunity to switch gears and help others by hiring, coaching, training and managing a local real estate office. That office was voted as “The Best of the Valley” for a real estate office in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Debbie has been a certified Mentor for Buffini & Company coaching and is a facilitator of the course to many agents.
Debbie is an Associate Broker/Agent for RE/MAX Select Realty in the Pittsburgh area. She surrounds herself with a team of experts in the mortgage finance, title/settlement, home warranty and insurance companies in preparation for a worry-free process. She strives to put into practice the highest standards when it comes to marketing; both in print, over the internet, and to reach every mobile device possible. Debbie is a proud mother of two children. Emily, her oldest, is a college student and James attends Beaver Area High School. Her husband, Paul, is a PA licensed surveyor and is a great father! She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, game nights, good food/wine and shopping!
