Deanna Nilsen is a real estate agent with RE/MAX Alliance. She has proudly served the Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming real estate market for almost 20 years. Working with first time home buyers, listings, investors and buyers you can find her maximizing listings with professional photography, advertising, social media exposure and necessary staging, and supporting clients securing the perfect home or property for them. She excels in negotiation and relationship marketing.
Deanna dove into real estate after her own personal experience selling her home was not a good one. “My realtor at the time did not have my best interest at heart and it cost me. I knew then I would get my license and make sure my clients never went through what I did. Purchasing or selling a home or property is one of the most important financial decisions a person or family can make. It’s important that the person who guides you through the process is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares.”
Deanna is a dedicated grandmother of three, married to her college sweetheart for over 30 years, and mother to two daughters. When she’s not serving clients you can find her enjoying the outdoors caring for her koi pond and her dogs. She loves a good movie, family game nights and whale watching in Cabo. Her energetic personality and love of people has made her a top producer and passionate advocate for others.
