About Me
I am a self-starter and have been successful in my career by building trust and strong relationships. I consistently exhibit the willingness to help my clients in any way l can. I’m always highly responsive and readily available.
My career began as an entrepreneur starting and running my own company (New England Paper Supply) for 8 years which supported local businesses with their need for paper goods, janitorial supplies, and restaurant equipment.
Being a homeowner, I began to develop a strong interest in the real estate industry. As a result, for the following 10 years, I shifted my focus and became a home improvement specialist selling replacement windows and doors, vinyl siding, roofs, decks and patio enclosures directly to homeowners. As this passion grew, I obtained my Real Estate licenses in both MA & NH as well as my General Contractors license and became involved in new construction with builders and contractors.
My breadth of sales experience has allowed me to develop strong analytical skills which are crucial to the pricing and negotiation process. I use these skills to educate and guide buyers and sellers on what is needed to make a home “Market Ready” to sell, to bring a home up to today’s standards and the cost/benefits associated with these improvements as they relate to the purchase price. Helping others is what it’s all about.
