I became a realtor in 2006 and am a Certified Residential Specialist, one of the top 3% of realtors in the Nation. One of the most important things real estate agents do is Negotiate on their clients behalf. So I became a Master Certified Negotiation Expert in 2018, 1 of 5,000 nation wide. My specialties are working with Military, Seniors, and Real Estate for Investment. I am lucky to be in a career I love, working with friends and clients to buy and sell homes.
