David is an experienced, creative, long-time Davis realtor with a passion for helping families through the process of buying and selling their homes. David was born in the Bay Area and raised in rural Pennsylvania. He relocated to Davis in 2004, being drawn to the vibrant downtown, thriving public schools, abundant parks and progressive and welcoming atmosphere. David has helped hundreds of Davis families buy and sell homes since 2006. He believes that sellers deserve a well planned transaction with skillful marketing, negotiation and consistent communication. He also understands the importance of educating and informing his buyers and finding them the home and neighborhood that are the perfect fit. David and his wife Brenda Fletcher pride themselves in providing an exceptional home buying and selling experience that is smooth, personal and, yes, fun!
