As a Shenandoah Valley native, Danielle Sponaugle has the local knowledge to navigate the market through all transactions. Danielle specializes in first-time home buyers, sellers, relocating clients, and investors.
Starting her college career in nursing, Danielle was lead down a different path and found a love in the real estate industry. Her personable and professional character allows her to build and maintain solid friendships, long-term clients, and a wealth of business relationships within the community. Danielle is ambitious, and also brings a level of real estate knowledge needed to negotiate any type transaction.
When Danielle is not assisting her clients with their real estate goals, she is with her family or playing with her two dogs Charlie and Cooper. In her spare time you will catch her at local coffee shops, running, or vounteering with a nonprofit organization called Blue Ridge Foster Love, where she serves on their board as Director of Engagement.
