I started personally investing in real estate in 2011. I buy distressed property, design its remodel, oversee the work and then resell it. I became a licensed agent in 2018, assisting not only investors but also clients looking to buy/sell primary homes and commercial properties. I watch market trends closely and am very tuned into our area. My marketing background, active local knowledge combined with a focus on costumer service creates a stress free transaction for my clients.
As a native Floridian and Cocoa Beach resident for 29 years, I absolutely love where we live! Florida’s Space Coast is like no other. With over 72 miles of coastline, it’s incredibly diverse from both north to south and has an adventure for everyone. If you already live here, you know. If you’re new to the area, you will quickly learn it is so much more than just a place for space.
Our community is very important to me. In 2014, I started the Salty Sweet Women’s Pro/Am Surf Contest. This annual professional and amateur surfing event highlights women surfers, both young amateurs and seasoned professionals.
