It is also repeatedly earned her the Greater Seattle area's coveted "Five Star Real Estate Professional" award, which is voted on by former clients.
Before turning to Real Estate in 1996, Corina managed companies - sometimes from the ground up. In these positions, she developed her organizational and leadership skills. However, her inborn traits also contribute to her success as an agent.
Corina is naturally easy going, friendly, and skilled at putting people at ease. She's detail oriented, self driven, and attentive to her client's needs and wishes.
A theme that runs throughout her many buyer and seller testimonials is "Corina was always there for us and always ready to answer out questions and concerns". She believes in constant communication with clients, even when the news is not what they wished to hear. Providing clients with all the knowledge and information they need to make wise decisions is central to her service.
Always eager to have more knowledge, Corina has earned several designations, including Residential Listing Specialist, Residential Marketing Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Relocation Specialist. She has also taken and passed the course work for Real Estate Appraisal and Loan Officer Training, simply to better serve her clients.
A resident for more than 30 years, Corina enjoys serving her community as well as her clients. She's spent many years coaching and managing youth athletic teams, and directing tournaments and team travel. In addition to other volunteer and charitable work in the community, and for more than ten years she organized and managed the Senior Citizen Christmas lunch, complete with gifts, prizes and entertainment for more than 100 seniors.
