About Me
Hey there Everyone! I my name is Cody Peterson and am an agent with RE/MAX Southern Shores. I was born in Maryville, TN. I lived in Maryville for a few years before moving. I then moved to Moulton, AL where I grew up in the country. I lived in Alabama until I was in the 6th grade. My family and I then relocated to Florence, SC. I did most of my growing up in Florence and once I graduated from high school I started welding at a company called Aluminum Ladder. In 2006 I ended up joining the Marine Corps. and moved to Jacksonville, NC where I stayed for 13 yrs. I started a family and now have 3 beautiful children, 2 girls and a son. After the Marine Corps. in 2016 I started teaching as a motorcycle coach and a fitness coach in Maysville, NC. I ened up obtaining a second job working with a fellow service member with his tree company. I worked as a coach and with the tree company a little over a year before I enrolled in college. Once I was finished with college, I went to obtain my CDL and enrolled in lineman college in Denton, TX. I graduated from North West Lineman College second in my class and started working as a sub-contractor with Duke Energy. I worked as a lineman for about 2 years before I started my own business. I have been running my business for almost 3 years and am now into real estate! Im super excited to be able to assist people with whatever season of life they are in and continue to provide for my family.
