In 2005, I began working in the realty market with my Loan Officer license. In this capacity, I was seeking approval of loans for the purchase of residential properties. For the last 10 years, I have my Real Estate license helping my clients find properties according to their specific needs. Having an understanding of Real Estate Loans has facilitated my job as a Realtor because it allows me to show my clients the full picture. From the moment I begin working with them, I can help my clients see the achievability of attaining a loan for the home of their dreams. Selling Real Estate is truly my passion. It stems from gratification I get from seeing how happy families are to receive the keys to their new home when at times they have been turned away from receiving loans or told home ownership was not a possibility for them. My goal has always been to serve. Serving your client and tailoring to their needs ensures their satisfaction, referral, and sub sequential growth of my business. I love my profession and I am happy to be able to help more families fulfill their American dream.
Mi primer idioma es el Espanol y de esta manera puedo servir a la comunidad Hispana orientando a los clientes desde la A hasta la Z, es decir desde que empiezan con su pre aprobacion para la compra de su casa hasta que les hago entrega de las llaves de su propiedad.
