About Me
Serving buyers and sellers with "Sincerity that Shows" to bring real estate goals to fruition. After a career in Human Resources management, I ventured into real estate in 1998. As with HR management real estate gives me the opportunity to help people reach their goals. Extensive professional education, along with my degree in HR management from University of Kansas (go Jayhawks!) enhances my ability to serve you.
I earned Rookie of the Year my first year in real estate, followed by REALTOR® of the Year, Businesswoman of the Year, and Women's Council of REALTORS® Presidential award.
The Accredited Buyer's Representation designation taught me techniques for negotiating for buyers. The Performance Management Network designation is the foundation for a solid follow up system. To learn more about how to protect our environment and save homebuyers energy costs, I earned the GREEN designation.l Seniors and the military have made significant contributions to our country. Earning the SENIORS and Military Relocation Professional designations gives me insight and empathy in dealing with these valued individuals.
Giving back to my industry and community is important to me. I served 3 separate terms as President of Women's Council of REALTORS®, State District Vice-President, and a 2-year term for the local REALTOR® association. I am an active member of my church, serving on various committees. I support local charities like Christmas programs for children and Salvation Army. I offer strong negotiating skills and dedication to consistent communication, including timely market updates, follow up that is second to none, and a promise to educate clients at every phase of the process, making each transaction as stress free as possible. My husband and I enjoy gardening and spending time with (spoiling) our grandchildren. May I help you?
