About Me
Chris Haltinner enjoys every aspect of the real estate transaction process; identifying the ideal property, working with the parties to structure a successful purchase agreement, and overseeing the administrative details critical to closing a sale. His most important focus, however, continues to be on the concerns and needs unique to each individual client.
As a long-time resident of Southeast Michigan and a new father with a growing family, Chris is particularly sensitive to the needs of both buyers and sellers. A new homeowner himself, he intimately understands the anxiety and joy that comes with such an important and demanding financial transaction.
Chris is entering his tenth season as the head men's hockey coach at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. His Wolverine teams are consistently ranked among the top ten in the country and are a perennial fixture at the American Collegiate Hockey Association national championship tournament. The intensity and dedication that drives his success on the ice transfers smoothly into his real estate career and allows consistently successful transactions for his RE/MAX clients.
Chris, his wife Stephanie, their son Landen and Goldendoodle Lody, reside in Southeast Michigan.
