About Me
Chris has been a licensed real estate agent since 1992. With her 30 years of experience, she is well qualified to help both buyer and sellers, making the transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible. Chris has 8 years of experience and a designation as a new construction salesperson, representing one of the county's premier builders, (CSP). Chris is also an accredited buyer representative (ABR), a graduate of Realtor's Institute (GRI) and a certified distressed property expert (CDPE).
Chris and Greg are not only married for 50 years, but also business partners in real estate since 2002. In 2021, they added a new member to their team - Stephanie Werner. They have two married sons and 8 grandchildren. Chris enjoys music, reading, walking and is a strong supporter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and is served on the board of directors for 6 years with Prospectus Berco, an agency for mentally challenged adults.
Throughout Chris's career in real estate sales, she has been in an award winning status every year since joining RE/MAX of Reading in 1997. Her levels of achievement include 100% Club, Platinum Club, Chairman's Club, Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Awards. Their team has Chairman's Club level status. She has also served on the board of directors for the Berks County Association of Realtors. Maintaining relationships with their clients for the past 30 years is a goal that has served this team well and lead to their continued success.
